H.I.I.T

High-intensity interval training, also called high-intensity intermittent exercise or sprint interval training, is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods, until too exhausted to continue. This type of training gets your heart rate up and keeps your heart rate up to burn more fat in less time.

HIIT didn’t go mainstream until about a decade ago when exercise physiologists started to come out with study after study demonstrating that intervals could deliver the biggest health improvement for your exercise time. HIIT workouts generally use only your body weight. Since the focus is on getting your heart rate up and keeping it there. Founder and owner of Box HIIT Fitness Forma, Marilyn Limentato black, has traveled and tried all different fitness formats and training. Bringing back everything she learned to build the top boxing gym she could for Florida. Furthermore, surrounding herself with the best of the best.

Our Workouts

At Box HIIT Fitness Forma, we like to provide you with the best of everything possible. From the boxing equipment to our training, we want you to have an experience where you will feel safe and comfortable to perform exercises at your best. Here is a sneak peek about some of the training workouts we provide at Box HIIT.

Box HIIT 50- Box HIIT 50 is one of our most popular workout packages. This workout is a 50-minute trainer lead work out. This workout includes 3 rounds of boxing or kickboxing using heavy bags. In between these rounds you will get 1 minute of strength training. You will also have the pleasure of using a large variety of equipment including the medicine balls.

Forma 60- Forma 60 is a bit like the Forma 50 workout but is much more intense. The Forma 60 is a 60-minute trainer lead full-body conditioning workout. This workout is a combination of weight training and high-intensity interval training. So, if you’re looking to test your limits this is the workout for you. Forma 60 is designed to maximize your calorie burn. You will have access to equipment such as sleds, free weights, medicine balls, and weight ropes. Forma 60 is a workout designed to help you build strength and burn fat.

Open Gym- Our Open gym is always available to all members of Box HIIT Fitness Forma. The gym is available anytime from open to close of the business. So, you can work out the flexibility best for your schedule. We have cardio and strength training sessions taught by industry-leading coaches here to help you become the best version of yourself.
